SALT Overview

Located only a short walk from Nyhavn, Salt bar & restaurant, is a contemporary Scandinavian restaurant - sometimes with a hint of France. The restaurant was designed by Conran & Partners and is an updated version of Parisian brasserie. The interior brings together the past and the present, keeping the rustic look with its sturdy Pomeranian-pine beams mixed with the modern design.

Salt offers a la carte menu with very wide selection of dishes that is updated 3-4 times a year, always focusing on keeping everything as fresh as can be. More importantly, every third week, Salt offers a specialty menu with an option of two, three or four course menu. The culinary team then chooses the best produce available and sparkles it with Scandinavian touch, creating something very special. Salt also offers special menu during holidays Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

Along with its restaurant, Salt also has a unique bar that is equipped with ambient lighting those changes through out the day. The bar is decorated in a inviting, elegant that creates a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. If you fancy a quick bite while there he bar also has a light menu and the kitchen is open for both lunch and evening.
